The Orbit is a master-planned community that will house over 40 million square-feet of space while expecting to bring in 150,000 new residents and jobs. Boasting a projected value of 200 Million Dollar, this will be a place where residents can live, work, shop and play, all in one location.

The concept plan currently presents a master-planned community of 550 townhouses, 2892 apartment/condo units and 43,055 sq.ft. of commercial/industrial space. An updated concept is expected in the near future which poses higher yield by changing the Townhomes blocks into mid-rise condo blocks.
